City of Santa Monica City Yards

AE was awarded a Santa Monica City public contract to redesign the Government Maintenance Facilities.

Santa Monica City Yards is 14 acres adjacent to Bergamot Station south of Olympic Blvd and East of Cloverfield.  The City Yards is home to Facilities Maintenance, Custodial Services, Street Maintenance, Fleet Maintenance, Traffic Operations, Resource Recovery and Recycling, Water and Wastewater Operations , Hazardous Waste Storage, and Fire Department Training.

This project encompasses design, construction, and interior remodeling to improve use of space, reorganize departments and employees, and provide accessible features.
