X_Pad Hollywood Hills
The X_PAD is a three-floor man cave in a setting perfect for a writer or creative type. Nestled in at the end of Thames Place, the home is tucked into a hillside and surrounded with new Oak trees. It is covered with planted roofs and plant-covered walls and is a magical setting that showcases the contrast of rich dynamic architecture and lush nature.
Sliding glass doors open up the North and East Facade bringing the nature in.

The lateral resistant system for the structure includes a cast in place concrete brace which additionally acts as a stair stringer and supports cantilevered treads.
